1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our digital schooling management system (“System”). By using the System, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree to these T&C, you must not use the System.

1.2 We may revise these T&C from time to time. Your continued use of the System after any changes to these T&C will be deemed to be your acceptance of the revised T&C.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the System. By using the System, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 You may not use the System if you are a person barred from receiving our services under applicable laws and regulations.

3.1 To use the System, you must register for an account (“Account”) by providing accurate and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

3.2 You may not use the System to impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.

4.1 You agree to use the System in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must not use the System to engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, harassment, or the transmission of harmful materials.

4.2 You must not use the System to distribute or publish any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3 You must not use the System to solicit or engage in any commercial activities without our express written consent.

5.1 The System and its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the System for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6.1 The System is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

6.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the System at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

7.2 Upon termination or suspension of your access to the System, all provisions of these T&C that by their nature should survive termination or suspension shall survive, including but not limited to sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.

8.1 These T&C shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
